Job Summary
Our Help desk engineers are responsible for maintaining user up-time and improving their computing experiences. Individuals will utilize our remote monitoring and professional services automation solutions along with other service-specific tools and technologies to deliver remote user support services and update service request information, answer technical support calls, assign ticket severity, prioritize work accordingly, and collaborate and work with other staff and vendor support resources to resolve issues. Candidates must be energetic and focused with a strong motivation to learn innovative technologies and processes. This position requires dedication, persistence, follow-up, effective utilization of provided resources and OBSESSIVE customer service.

Competitive Edge Considerations
· 3+ years of helpdesk experience troubleshooting
· 1+ year of Android & iOS mobile familiarity
· Technical knowledge of desktop & laptop hardware
· Technical understanding of cloud technologies
· Technical knowledge of networking including routers, switches, and wireless
· Reliable transportation
· Available for on-call shift
· Strong problem solving efficiency
· Effective communication & documentation skills
· Effective Planning & Organizing skills2+ years of Active Directory support
· 1+ years of Window Server familiarity
· 1+ year of Exchange and/or Office 365 support
