    Why No Material Damage Occurred

      C:\Users\john-doe\Downloads\COD4-modern-warfare-cracked-warez.exe

      Simple and barely met Microsoft’s default complexity requirements

    • Reuse:

      Same password appeared across multiple unrelated websites


    Root Cause Analysis
