You may view, download, and print Content from the Site for your personal, non-commercial use only, provided that you do not modify the Content, you retain all copyright and proprietary notices, and you do not use the Content on any other website or in a networked environment. IN NO EVENT SHALL SHIELDWATCH’S TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE USE OF THE SITE EXCEED ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS ($100.00).

10. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Site shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation between the parties. If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within thirty (30) days, either party may submit the dispute to binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Commercial Arbitration Rules. The arbitration shall be conducted in the State of Florida. Judgment on the arbitration award may be entered in any court of competent jurisdiction.
You agree that any dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted on an individual basis and not in a class, consolidated, or representative action. You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration against ShieldWatch.
11. Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to modify, update, or replace these Terms at any time at our sole discretion. When we make material changes, we will update the “Last Updated” date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Site following the posting of revised Terms means that you accept and agree to the changes. If you do not agree to the new Terms, you must stop using the Site.

12. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable, or if modification is not possible, it shall be severed from these Terms.
